3-Point Challenge Rules
Be the last person standing in a do-or-die 3-point shooting challenge.
QUALIFIER ROUND:
SECOND ROUND:
FINAL ROUND:
- Each player will pay $5 for three (3) total shots.
- The player will take their shots from a high school 3 pointer distance (19.75 feet).
- If the foot of the player steps on or over the line while shooting, that will be considered a foot fault, and the shot will be forfeited.
- The player only needs to make one (1) shot to qualify for the next round.
- If the player misses all three (3) shots, they are able to pay an additional entry fee, for additional shots.
- If the player makes a shot, and has any remaining shots, the remaining shots are forfeited and cannot be transferred or carried over.
- A player can only qualify once per event.
SECOND ROUND:
- If a player made their qualifying shot to go on to the second round, they will be able to shoot one (1) shot, during the set period of time, to qualify for the final round.
- Each player who qualified, will get only one shot to make another high school 3 pointer (19.75 feet).
- If the foot of the player steps on or over the line, that will be considered a foot fault, and the shot will be forfeited.
- If the player makes the shot, they will move on to the final round.
FINAL ROUND:
- Players that have made it to the final round, will all compete in a do-or-die shoot-off, one shot at a time.
- In multiple sequences, if a player makes the shot, they are still in, and if they miss, they are out.
- If no players make a shot in one sequence, the remaining players will all get another opportunity to shoot.
- If the foot of the player steps on or over the line, that will be considered a foot fault, and the shot will be forfeited.
